Twilight Woods Sampler Pattern

This sampler is for lovers of autumn colors that are warm and homely, a call to remember our Earth and all she gives in the harvest months. Let your eyes soak in those scarlet maple hands and the golden leaves that create more beauty than we'd ever dare ask for. It is the season of inner calm and a kindly resolve etched in memories of joy. A modern design, with some beautiful Craftsman style touches reminiscent of days gone by.

Design Area: 159 stitches wide by 214 stitches high. The measurements given are for 32ct fabric.

Stitched Area: 10 inches (25.2cm) wide by 13-1/2 inches (34cm) high

Fabric Size: 16 inches (40cm) wide by 19 inches (49cm) high this includes 3 inches (8cm) allowance on all sides for finishing or framing

This original design was stitched on 32ct Chestnut linen by Wichelt using warm fall colors of thread. Any warm gray/beige-colored linen or Aida cloth will look wonderful. The measurements given in the pattern are for 16ct/32ct fabric. Aida works well as it is all cross stitches and a few back stitches.

The pattern consists of a color image of the finished design, instructions, and a list of floss colors; A color & black and white symbol chart spread over several A4 sheets for printing.
