Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

There are no refunds on Vintage & Antique Goods. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is insurance available through my website for lost and damaged products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Seasonable, clearance items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment and Refund Policy

All transactions for your purchases of PDF downloads, resource materials, and online content are made through Shopify's payment gateway that uses SSL encryption. This payment gateway is safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries.

If your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on thewishingthorn.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

However, we stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Product Download

Our products are delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been completed, you can download your order on the checkout page. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Printed Products

All printed material and supplies are eligible for a refund if the product is returned in its original condition. Postage is covered by the buyer. 10% restocking fees apply.

Any seasonal subscription Kits are not eligible for cancelation or refund. All sales are final.
