Shipping
You have the option to opt-in for shipping insurance at checkout if you are shipping within the US. This will cover any damaged or lost items.
All paper charts and kits ship for a flat rate within the United States. Orders over $75.00 of kits and charts ship free in the US.
There is shipping insurance available at checkout.
Project bags ship directly from the print company, which have their own shipping charges and the cost depends on location.
International orders to Canada, Australia & New Zealand are best requested via email as shipping has become more complicated.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
All physical products usually ship within a week.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Digital Downloads File
Delivery of your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. At times the system is slow and the chart arrives later than anticipated. If you have not received your chart email me at Birgit@thewishingthorn.com
