This sweet small sampler was stitched by Miss Barbara Bell at age 10 in 1847.
The size is 11.75 inches high by 12 inches wide.
Some minor fading to thread, a small hole and minor darkening to ground. Minor wear is normal for the age of the sampler. This is an English Sampler.
