Such a delightful miniature sampler to add to your collection, from England. The original was stitched with silk on woolen cloth. The original size is 1.75 by 2.25 inches!!!! I designed it slightly larger, but still miniature. It is believed to be from the early 1800s. The mystery is, who is "M".
The Kit contains the chart, all the silk threads by Classic Colorworks and a 36 count piece of Raw natural linen 11 by 12 inches. You will get enough silk of each color to complete the pattern, not a full skein. If it were sold with full skeins the kit would be over $90.00.-
Design Area: 81 stitches wide by 114 stitches high.
Stitched Area: 4-1/2 inches (11.4cm) wide by 6-1/4 inches (16.1cm) high
Fabric size: 11 inches (27cm) wide by 12 inches (31cm) high this includes 3 inch (8cm) allowance on all sides for finishing or framing.
